To Start OpenPlant Support Engineering
Do one of the following:
In the program group, double-click the OpenPlant Support Engineering icon.
or
In Windows Explorer, double-click a DGN file icon (with the extension.dgn).
or
Drag a DGN file icon from Windows Explorer onto the OpenPlant Support Engineering icon.
or
In the Windows Explorer, double-click the icon for the file, OpenPlantSupportEngineering.exe.
